§ 11-112. Application for license.

It is the duty of every person, firm, corporation, or association of persons, subject to the license tax levied by this article, to apply to the sheriff and ex officio tax collector of the parish for a license, before such license becomes delinquent, as provided in this article. Such application shall state such facts as are necessary to determine the amount of taxes due under this article.
