Any individual, partnership, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction by a court
of competent jurisdiction, be fined not more than $100.00 or imprisoned for not more
than 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the court, and each violation or each
day of operation without a permit shall be considered a separate offense.
