§ 17-53. Administration; rules and regulations.

The provisions of this division shall be administered by the parish public works department. The parish public works department or their designee may from time to time promulgate rules and regulations for the administration of this division. No rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this division shall become effective until approved by the parish council.
