§ 17-150. Suspension, modification and/or termination.

Compliance with a permit during its term constitutes compliance for purposes of enforcement. However, a permit may be suspended, modified, or terminated during its term for cause. Any permit issued under the provision of this any for violation of law or ordinance may be revoked by the St. Mary Parish Council, at pertaining to the operation or maintenance of such establishment.
