§ 2-23. Procedure for addressing council; time limitation.

  • (a)

    Persons wishing to address the parish council shall call the clerk of the council and request to be placed on the agenda. Persons may be placed on the agenda by so requesting not later than 12:00 noon on Friday prior to the regular Wednesday meeting.

    (b)

    Persons shall be given a period of five minutes to address the council, which said person's period may be extended by questions from council and at the discretion of the chairman of the council.
