§ 2-114. Establishment of office of purchasing agent.

(a)

It is hereby created the position of purchasing agent who shall be the principal public purchasing official of the parish.

(b)

The purchasing agent shall be hired by the chief administrative officer of the parish, and shall meet the requirements as set forth in the parish personnel policies.
