§ 3-26. Forfeiture for sale to minors.

Latest version.

No sale of any intoxicating liquors, or liquors or beverages containing any alcoholic content, for which permits shall be issued, shall be made to any minor under penalty of forfeiture of the permit issued pursuant to this article.
