§ 4-82. Hunting and show dogs and cats.

Dogs or cats used for hunting, on exhibition at American Kennel Club or other approved shows, engaged in a specific "club" sponsored race or trial, and such dogs or cats while being transported to and from such events need not wear their collars nor their tags, but tags and licenses shall be in the possession of owner or keeper during this time.
