§ 10-3.1. Mosquito control program.

(a)

St. Mary Parish Council reserves the right to implement a mosquito control program to include but not be limited to surveillance, larvicide, adulticide spraying where/when necessary within its jurisdiction, and

(b)

St. Mary Parish Council [will] implement a mosquito control program and impose a mosquito control service charge of up to $2.00 per month for each water service and/or garbage collection service customers within its jurisdiction, less and except those garbage collection service customers within the boundaries of St. Mary Parish Mosquito Control District No. 1.

(c)

The parish of St. Mary shall have the right to assess charges in an amount not to exceed $2.00 per month per water service and/or garbage service customers to provide funds for the St. Mary Parish Mosquito Control Program.
