§ 10-5. Throwing diseased carcasses of animals in fields prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw any dead hog, cow, horse, mule, or any dead animal, into any field, woods, swamp, or elsewhere, whenever any such animal has died of any contagious or infectious disease.
