§ 13-4. Landmarkers.

  • (a)

    Material; warning plate. All future landmarkers shall consist of concrete, upon which is installed a bronze or copper plate, bearing the words: "Parish Property—Do Not Destroy."

    (b)

    Penalty for destruction. Any individual, partnership, firm, corporation, agent or contractor who destroys parish landmarkers, as set forth in this section, shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be fined not more than $100.00, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the court, and each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
