§ 13-3. Fortunetellers prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish a place of business within this parish, outside of the limits of any incorporated municipality, for the purpose of telling fortunes, reading palms, reading tea leaves, or in any other manner attempting to foretell the future.
