§ 15-103. Same—Designation as directors of Evangeline Economic Development District.

In accordance with Section 132C of R.S. 33:131 through 33:140, the governing body
of this Acadiana Regional Planning Commission is hereby designated to be the Board
of Directors of the Acadiana Planning Commission, Inc., an economic development district
duly authorized by the State, and being created to replace the Evangeline Economic
Development District dba Acadiana Regional Development District and to be designated
by the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration.
It is expressly understood that the privilege to act or vote on matters coming before
the Acadiana Regional Planning Commission shall be limited to the Acadiana Planning
Commission, Inc. board members who represent parishes that have adopted this article.
