§ 15-104. Same—South Central Planning and Development Commission Board.

St. Mary Parish hereby agrees to participate on the Board of Directors for South Central Planning and Development Commission (SCPDC). In following the Articles and Bylaws of South Central Planning and Development Commission, St. Mary shall nominate and/or appoint representatives to serve on behalf of the parish on the South Central Planning and Development Commission Board.
