§ 20-26. Parking on sidewalks prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle or nonmotor vehicle on any sidewalk or portion of a sidewalk outside the corporate limits of any municipality of the parish, constructed by the council.

(b)

Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor and upon conviction the person adjudged guilty, shall pay a fine not exceeding $100.00 or suffer imprisonment for not more than 30 days in the parish jail or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
