Be it further ordained that the Building Official of St. Mary Parish may, through
the parish attorney, seek to enjoin further construction or work which is required
to be permitted under this chapter and which construction or work does not have a
validly issued permit. Further, the building official may seek to enjoin occupancy
or use of any building or structure which has, without compliance with this article,
been, in whole or in part, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, demolished,
or the occupancy changed.
