§ 5-25. Penalty.

Be it further ordained that any person, partnership, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or aid or abets in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding $500.00, nor less than $100.00 for each offense.
