§ 10-7. Penalty for violation of section 10-5 or 10-6.

Latest version.

Any person violating section 10-5 or section 10-6 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50.00, or imprisoned for a term not exceeding 30 days in the parish prison.
